    U.S.A.F. Chasing UFO's
  When I was 10 years old I was in the backyard  laying on my back looking up at the white clouds drifting above. I was imagining that I could see shapes in the clouds, when I suddenly heard footsteps and I turned my head to the right and my dad was standing by me.

 "What are you doing?" he asked.
" I am just looking at the clouds," I replied.
" Have you seen anything interesting up there?"
" Like what?" I answered.                                                                                                                                                                   
 Then he went on to describe how when he was in WW II flying missions over Germany he had seen a strange object that came out of a cloud. It was fully visible for a moment, then it vanished into another thick cloud bank. He told me that it was silver/metallic and looked like a flattened oval.

 " Was it a flying saucer?" I blurted excitedly.
 " I guess that you might say that," he said with a gleam in his eye.

 I looked at his face. He was staring up at the sky now, looking at the clouds that were now moving above us. Then he turned and walked away. I was amazed that my own dad had seen such a thing. I began to wonder about these craft in the sky that did not have wings or propellers. What could they be? Why were they here?  ( continued below photo )

UFO's following American bombers during WW II? Many other crew members on bombing missions in WW II reported that UFO's tailed their planes. 


    The UFO Chase

When I was around nine years old, I was playing with another boy in the yard not far from  the garage. We suddenly heard a deafening sound coming at a rapid pace from out of the West. There was a sudden flash of light that seemed to light up the entire sky and ground for a second, and then a jet fighter followed flying at no more that 200 feet high. ( It did not appear to be much higher than the treetops ) . Behind this fighter, another identical jet followed on its tail. These two jets appeared to be chasing whatever it was that had caused the sky and ground to light up only a second earlier. That object had headed toward the direction of the woods at a fantastic speed. The jet fighters were only seconds behind the UFO. I have never in my entire life seen jet fighters fly so low over a populated area. These fighter jets possibly came from Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.

Fighter planes chasing UFO's at low altitude over a populated area? I'm sure that any documentation of this event or other UFO chases for that matter are classified far away from public view. The U.S.A.F. was actively involved in UFO chases in the early 1960's, I am certain of this. Now here were two fighters chasing a UFO right over the roof of my house. The  UFO and planes were gone as rapidly as they had appeared, headed towards the woods. I do not know how this chase began or ended. I am imagining that the UFO either out maneuvered the jets and escaped; or as is often the case, the UFO may have simply vanished.

I have been curious recently about UFO's that seem to appear from nowhere and then dissappear as mysteriously as they arrived. Many of the reports describe the way a UFO either simply "blinks" out or flashes on like a switch has been thrown. Are UFO's capable of entering and leaving our world through a portal in space? Is interdimensional travel a feat that UFO's have mastered?  No wonder  the U.S.A.F was becoming delirious with the presence of objects in the sky that could leave our most technically advanced fighter jets in the dust the way a car would leave a horse and buggy behind.
